Who Can Request This Space
The Teaching Gallery (B12.805) may be reserved by LSC-UP employees only.
Student organizations wishing to use the space should go through their advisor. (Students who just want to study in the space may do so without any special arrangement so long as the room is free. Someone will let you know if a group is about to come in.)
Reservation Requests
Requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Minimum duration: 30 minutes.
Requests are not confirmation of your reservation. Library staff will review the request and approve or deny it. You will receive an email either way.
You may need to check your spam to find your confirmation emails. Please whitelist the @mail.libcal.com domain.
