Who Can Request This Space

LSC-University Park employees and students may reserve the room for class presentations, club meetings, presentation rehearsals, and so on.

When the room is not in use, it's available as another open gathering space in the library.

Reservation Requests

Requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Minimum duration: 30 minutes.

Requests are not confirmation of your reservation. Library staff will review the request and approve or deny it. You will receive an email either way.

You may need to check your spam to find your confirmation emails. Please whitelist the @mail.libcal.com domain.

Presentation Tools:

• Media cart with built-in computer and laptop hook-ups
• Projector
• Touch screen wall panel to control sound, projector

Other Features:

• 2 power outlets in the audience space, one on either side of the room
• Wheelchair-accessible: gaps in the risers of the front row provide a space to sit.
• Lectern available
• Table and chairs available
