Getting Started with E-Books

Introduction to & instructions for using the e-book collections available to LSC-UP users.

Collections

The digital library at LSC-University Park offers e-books through several online collections.

Use the discovery search box to start looking (just adjust Source Type to e-books to filter your results), or you can go into specific collections to search and browse.

EBSCO eBook Collection

Includes over 15,000 academic titles across disciplines. Simultaneous access varies by individual book license.

Ebook Central

Contains over 100,000 e-book titles covering a full range of academic topics. General reference works are also included. Books tend to be multi-user accessible.

Gale eBooks

Includes full-text, searchable reference sets in such areas as literature, business, education, game programming, and social sciences.
