Getting Registered

In Texas, you must have your voter registration submitted or postmarked at least 30 days before the election in which you intend to vote.

On Election Day, you will need to have an accepted form of photo ID to vote in person. If you don't have photo ID, you can get an Election Identification Certificate (EIC) from your local DPS.
