In Texas, you must have your voter registration submitted or postmarked at least 30 days before the election in which you intend to vote. (That's October 7 for the 2024 general elections!)
If you moved or changed your name, you need to update your registration.
Texas (and other states) have been purging voters in an opaque and possibly incorrect way.
You will need to have an accepted form of photo ID to vote in person. If you don't have (and have never had) other photo ID, you can get an Election Identification Certificate (EIC) from your local DPS.
