To expedite our response, please only use your school email address to contact us. Students should include their 7-digit student ID number in their emails, as well.

If Grammarly won't install to Word or something is otherwise not working, that's something to take up directly with the company.

We like to know if there are issues, but we don't have any kind of administrative control over or technical insight into Grammarly's inner workings, outside of account creation!
